Jackie was absolutely lovely and the whole experience was pretty amazing! I arrived with muffled hearing in my left ear and borderline deafness in my right, and in under 30 mins I could hear perfectly out of both of them The place was lovely and Jackie was welcoming, friendly and has a great sense of humour! I was instantly put at ease by her confidence and knowledge as she walked me through each step of the process If I ever need this service again I will definitely be coming back, thank you so much Jackie!
