I have been training with Dan at this gym since 2019 and have never felt stronger or more confident. I started noticing a difference within 3 months and others started commenting on my physique soon after that. This gym is a hidden gem (not for long I fear! ;)). It has a big space and lots of natural light coming through which I love and you don’t get that in a lot of gyms around this area. I can honestly say that every session has been a joy; the atmosphere is one of relaxed fun and banter, not at all intimidating. I can’t recommend this gym enough. Dan is a great personal trainer and is more like family now. The owner Matt is the most kindest and sweetest gentleman you will ever come across and boy does he love a selfie! ;)
