I was looking for something to do for myself and my mental well-being and I have to say I instantly fell in love on my first class. Everyone was very supportive towards me and I never felt less than part of this great team from day one. It has improved my strength, my fittness level and helped me become confident again. Henry, our instructor is great, skillful and knows exactly how to get the best out of you. His dedication and passion for martial art is very inspiring. Highly recommend.

Joining Ealing Kung Fu school was one of the best thing I've done. Learning martial art helps me to increase my flexibility and strength. It is improving my fitness level and it is so much more fun than a going to the gym. The classes are always different with lots of challenges inc. cardio, agility training, breathing techniques, sparring etc. The students are very friendly, helpful and supportive. The instructor, Henry is a very skilled and dedicated with a great sense of humour. I highly recommend you to join us and see for yourself. There is a famous Chinese proverb that says: " The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now."

In my family martial arts has always been at the forefront. My husband's love affair with Kung Fu spans many decades, and I have always dabbled in various types of martial arts recognising every benefit they offer. So it was a no-brainer that when we had kids, it would also become part of their life. After extensive research in Ealing and some nearby areas, ( lets face it, there are no shortage of martial arts offerings! ) we came across Ealing Kung Fu School. It seemed to offer an authentic form of Kung Fu. So we put our child on the waiting list over a year before he was old enough to start. Fast forward 6 years and our 2 sons and daughter now attend the school. We have found the experience to be an extremely positive one. Henry is both strict, but encouraging. The teachers and students are clearly taught to respect the martial art on every level, and with every class filled with children of all levels, young people are pushed to do their best, and taught to the very highest of standards. As a parent, I highly recommend the school: not only does it offer all round fitness, and the ancient learnings of an authentic martial art, but it also gives me the confidence to believe that my children will also be able to defend themselves, if put in a precarious situation. Our children really enjoy attending the classes and have made friends there too. Their progress and confidence has developed and we look forward to getting back to face to face training as soon as allowed! My children love going to training every week! Great teaching !

I started Kung-Fu about 10 years ago after looking for an alternative to the gym, cycling or jogging. Although Henry has the knowledge and passion to coach a younger and more abled warrior than myself his dedication to the values of core strength, fitness and agility has provided a fantastic and varied workout, as well as teaching me a martial art. A win-win for me.
