I wanted this as a gift for a daughter who lives in Ealing but the website and Pay Pal were giving me problems paying. The 'Chat' icon appeared and it was not a robot! It was Simon, who was very helpful and sent me bank details to allow me to place the order. The well packaged bottle was sent immediately. Fantastic service and a lovely looking product.
