This practice needs a lot of training around customer service and to learn how to speak to young vulnerable people and how to speak with empathy and understanding. The treatment experienced by the reception team was not welcoming and very challenging.

Had to wait an hour for confirmed booked slot to be seen. No communication to say they are delayed. When asking reception how long they are going to be, response was would you like to reschedule. Very poor service and wouldn't recommend.

My daughter had to cancel an appointment because she was called in for work as she works part time and student. She was on the phone for over 30 minutes trying to get through. When she finally got through someone deliberately hang up the phone. Luckily I work local and went into the practice. I stood at the reception waiting for the THREE receptionists to stop laughing and talking to each other before they acknowledged I was there. I told them someone put the phone down on my daughter and they just giggled to themselves and said oh we don’t know how that happened. Then one of them told me she can reschedule my daughter’s appointment, but I told her no because I don’t know when my daughter can come back. She completely ignored me and booked it anyway and carried on talking to the other two receptionists. While I was there I heard the phone ring and none of them picked it up. No wonder no one can get through. They are very unprofessional and need to be retrained. Will not be going back there!!!

They made my retainers wrong. I couldn’t take them off hence they had to file them. Later on it broke in the exact place they filed it at and made me pay the full price for the replacement. Go to an orthodontist that takes accountability for their own mistakes
