Would be unfair to the word inept, to call the service level inept. You MUST invest tax payers money better. The website. The communciation channels. The basic levels of service: Refuse collection, road repairs, contact availability for queries on weekends. What are the barries preventing this? - would be good for somebody in a senior role to get past the hand shakes and networking and actually look into the service you provide to residents and businesses. This is the role. This is what you signed up for.

Worst council in London. Archaic services and unhelpful staff. Rubbish collection never happens on time...bins overflowing with garbage for weeks. Just disgusting. Bulky waste collection service doesn't cater to buildings in the area. Ealing council should take a lesson or two from other councils like Hounslow or Westminister.

The worst, most pathetic service I have ever seen. Ealing council is horrible. Cannot get anythong done with them and customer service will just lie to you to get you off the phone. Shameful.

Probably the organisation with the most incompetent people that get paid from taxpayers' money. I've ask them multiple times to come by and prune a tree that is a hazard for pedestrians and, especially, school children but they keep closing my request as completed. Finally, when my wife and I first moved to Ealing, it took them 4 months to deliver us a recycling and a rubbish bin but we had to keep paying council tax and keep rubbish inside our place.

Worst experience. Does not respond to claims, which I have made multiple times - very quick to ignore me and send through my council tax bill though. Rubbish in the area has not been collected for 4 WEEKS. Don't understand what these muppets actually do.

Really bad payment process for PCN - took 5 minutes to pay on Hounslow website but couldn't even find where to pay on Ealing's site - as a write the review the 'wheel' is still spinning on the payment process - not it is saying The Application has Encountered an Error even though the money is gone out of my account - I guess this will now take a phone call and more time :(
