I've used Eaglesfield a few times in the past to deal with the odd engraving job that we receive at work and always had a pleasant experience with the chap in here. Today I spoke to the woman who works here and I was treated like a child. Every sentence that came out of her mouth was condescending. I wanted guidance for an alternative style of engraving and she made me feel so ridiculous and embarrassed. I truly believe you can educate without belittling people. I walked away from here genuinely upset and can't think what I did to deserve it. Won't use again.
