From start to finish the Boilers Direct team were very professional. Good communication regarding visits and the work to be undertaken. Being an old house there were challenges to be overcome. We were kept well informed and are very pleased with the result. Even at the end of two long days they carefully explained the new system and controls. Follow up email and paperwork was provided. Certainly a company to trust with updating your boiler.

Had our boiler fitted on Monday/finished off today. Can not fault the service of these guys enough. They were clean and efficient. Removed our old boiler and fitted the new one in a completely different location. Everything was done so quickly and they left so clean no hoovering had to be done after they left which you find with most building work. Honestly so worth doing research into a good company. Can not recommend them enough.

My mother had her boiler replaced back in 2020. She was very happy with the job done. The Boilers Direct team were very knowledgeable and carried out their work to a high standard. She has her boiler serviced every year by them and will continue to do so. She wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Excellent service Our boiler went bang four years ago, Boilers Direct came out to give us a quote and at the time we just couldn't afford to get it fixed or get a new one. They came back to see us this year and gave us a very reasonable quotation. We went ahead, old boiler, water tank, immersion heater removed and new combi boiler installed in two days! Excellent service and very polite and conscientious team, putting down protective coverings and checking where our mischievous cat was! Also I love that they have a green pledge and for every boiler fitted 25 trees are planted. They should go visit and see their forest! Thank you for a great service.

Really professional, top level competence and lovely to chat to, taking the time to explain many things about the boiler and boiler maintenance that I did not understand. Absolutely above and beyond service, already arranging to book for a further service.

Turned up as requested. Put things right. Only quibble is the cost. £45 plus VAT (£54) for a job that took about 10 minutes.
