Fantastic service I had many engineers telling me my battery was fine and passing all the battery tests for weeks I spent so much money on my car before I went to EAC for them to fine the fault in the battery so they changed the battery for me and all works fine no more car stress! The staff were ever so helpful and friendly explained to me in detail what was wrong with the car and even managed to get my battery slightly cheaper than originally thought so that was a bonus they even cleaned my car before collection Will definitely use again! Called EAC as they are only garage in area that deal with automatic gearboxs. They did diagnostics and other various things to find out what the problem was. All the way through the process Ben kept me updated and explained what was happening what the options were next and took time to explain the processes too. All staff are so polite and excellent service they give you honest answers . And very patient while we decided whether to do next options etc. Will definitely use again thank-you.
