Horrible experience, would not go again! Overcharged for basically no/inadequate service! Extremely rude staff, specifically the male receptionist! Do not go here!

Do not go to this dentist! The male receptionist is extremely rude and the service is really poor! They will over charge you for bare minimum work. I would highly not recommend!

Would rate a zero if I could. Very inhumane people. The dentist with a slight European accent with glasses is very robotic. Doesn’t seem to care about how he tackles your teeth. While asking questions in regards to dental care he just kept belittling me. Just a very unpleasant experience and whilst I was leaving the practice I was being stared at by the two receptionists. I will not be visiting again as I feel I have not had my moneys worth.

I’m grateful that I’ve been able to be seen and treated quickly by Ms Gala, especially since I was in a lot of pain. Thanks to the young man at reception for your help.

Recently changed my dentist to E8 Dental care and I am extremely satisfied. I was skeptical at first, due to a bad experience with my other dentist, however this dental care is so welcoming and efficient. Dr Gala is wonderful, friendly and gave the best advice prior and after the treatment. 10/10 Definitely recommend.

I won't be visiting this clinic again. They don't do any work and apparently in their own terms not specialised enough dealing with major work (like veeners, implant or bridges) because I complained about bad bridge work that need removal and they just didn't wanna deal with it, the dentist said I should wait until it falls (well that won't happen anytime soon!). Bridge work was just one of the problem, I had serious problem left by another clinic, came here for help as they are local to me but sadly received no treatment plans/treatments. They kept saying I had gum disease but offered no treatments or referrals. One time they gave me a 6 months ahead appointment date saying they were fully booked, I wrote a bad review, manager calls me to offer a next week appt., I attend and still they don't do any work. All they do is check-up on NHS (no treatment) but I wouldn't pay a penny if it was private either with the type of service, totally appalling. The male receptionist was rude when dealing with my query and kept speaking over me. He insisted that I had deep cleaning by the Hygenist when I didn't (like never), when conflict he said it was periodontal (I was told to make an appt. with the hygenist for scaling & polishing but sadly he couldn't be bothered, all it went was checking my gums (like how many times? It was already checked by the dentist a few times prior) and then given appt. for polishing 2 months ahead, and that is when I asked when would be the next appt.!). He was also rude saying let me do my job when some places he touched was painful. They were more efficient on sending my medical notes than doing any dental work! They didn't do any polishing, cleaning, scaling, filling etc. which all need doing and essential for healthy gums and teeth as sometimes just brushing isn't enough, and didn't see the seriousness of the problems that needs dealing. Oh, plus when you call them expect them to tell you to call 111 if something urgent. So they aren't the clinic that you'd want if you need major work or urgent care! So this one too another time wasting scam clinic, I don't recommend.

Had a crown put on incorrectly at great expense, refused to do anything to solve the problem. New management appear to be culling their lists of nhs patients

I'm actually shocked to see some 4 star reviews but anyways. I have my regular check ups at this dentist only for my the receptionist to inform me that I have been barred from the practice with no prior notice. When I asked she said it's because I've missed several appointments and when she checked my appointment history I'd actually never missed any appointment. I emailed the practice manager Sehrish and it's been a month or even longer and still no response.
