I contacted Essex Honey as I desperately needed honey to help with my hay fever. I text Robert on Easter bank holiday Monday and his response time was fantastic. He answered every question I had and even let me collect on the bank holiday Monday. Such a polite and helpful man. I am so pleased with the product and beautiful packaging. I travelled from Brentwood so almost an hours drive to collect this - and I will certainly be back.
