Brilliant service, staff are always welcoming and helpful. They give you space to browse but are always at hand when you need them. I always use them to get my jewellery cleaned and rings redipped. Prices are great and my jewellery always comes back beautiful. Highly recommended!

Got my necklace repaired here after being fobbed off by another jewellers in Lichfield. The staff were welcoming and professional. They talked me through my options and organised a quote for me which was sensibly priced so I accepted it. I got the necklace back about a week later and its like new, excellent repair and good communication throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to come here again or recommend them.

Took in my Pandora bracelet today as the fastener had broken off. The jeweller determined it wasn't repairable and the lovely staff have exchanged it straight away for a brand new one. Fabulous shop with friendly and helpful counter staff and jeweller. Thank you so much!!!

I tried to make a purchase of £150 in here last week, having identified the items I wanted to buy. The young assistant at the till informed me that she was not able to serve me as she was too busy with other customers - customers who were quietly browsing and not actively requiring assistance. Over the next 5 minutes I watched this member of staff twiddling her thumbs behind the till, checking her phone and applying lip balm. I left and spent that £150 with a competitor business. As a long time customer of ESJ, to say that I was disappointed with this very poor level of service is putting it mildly. Management should be aware that staff on the shop floor are losing sales.

Recently brought my engagement ring to them to be repaired - of which I was quite anxious after another jeweller elsewhere making a terrible job of it and all but destroying the ring. The repair was done much quicker than expected, and upon retrieving the ring from the shop yesterday I can happily say it looks better than ever. Very professionally done, beautifully cleaned and replated. Thank you so much as I couldn't be without this ring.

Very disappointed with our experience today, My wife and I called in to the shop and browsed the very nice jewellery searching for my mothers 85th birthday present. We settled on a lovely necklace and agreed to buy it. When we got to the till, we were told the price had increased from the displayed price by another £19 (very nearly a 33% increase}. I asked them to honour the advertised price which they refused, despite repeated requests. The Manager eventually agreed a less than generous £5 concession. As we were short on time, we reluctantly agreed, but left feeling completely taken advantage of. I returned explaining that, according to Trading Standards, it is illegal to charge more than the displayed price, but she was unrepentant. This will be my last visit.
