We got E&S to refurbish most of the house. The loft was ripped out and done from scratch with a new roof installed, all to a very high standard. Genti helped out with the design and layout as well. We found the entire team very professional and considerate with a great attitude. The painter in particular was exceptional - great attention to detail and worked night & day to make sure the job was completed on time. Genti and his team made sure we every part of the job was up to our standard while sticking to the deadlines. Also, any issues we've had since the work was completed have been dealt with promptly.

What great work and what quality of work. We had some light refurbishment of our ground floor rooms done, including sanding of floors, carpentry, plastering, electrical work and painting. Best quality, really professional and friendly. Small things we asked Genti and his team did with no issue. They were always ready to help with something that might not have been on the plan and cleaned after each day which was such a nice touch. We will be using this company for all our future jobs! Could not recommend more!

E&S has recently completed my basement and have done a fantastic job. People walk past and comment all the time and they picked up a lot of work from our place. The work completed was done to a very high standard and only once I was happy were they happy. Genti and his team were very kind and thoughtful towards my family as well which made the experience a lot easier. Thanks To Genti and his team. We feel blessed to have chosen E&S Building contractors for the renovation of our new home. The renovation included major works in the living room (layout change, new floor, underfloor heating, bespoke wooden storage room and shelves), refurbishment of two bathrooms, patio and front garden. Basically they can do whatever you ask for and they do it in a timely manner and paying attention to detail. They just don't try to get the job done but want to do it properly, so that you can be fully satisfied with the final result. Part of the works was done while we had already moved into the property but everything went really smooth. They are competent, reliable and really nice people to have around and to deal with. We will definitely use their services again in the future.
