    Worst experience ever !!! I signed up to least plan on the model 18 I paid £595 they said I would receive the scooter in 7-10 days I ordered the scooter on the 14th and did not get a delivery date after days of calling them sending emails having no reply there customer service is the worst they are rude unhelpful and threatening after 23 days they finally gave and a delivery date which I wouldn’t be able to be available as I had work they then told me the delivery was re scheduled to be delivered in 7 days and that I had to pay £160 for not been able to be available on the delivery date they provided me making the total delivery time almost a month I complained they then sent me a very rude email saying they will cancel my order if I keep emailing or calling them then i got a email saying my order was cancelled I had to wait 10 days for my refund to sum up do not buy from them they will waste your time and not deliver your goods typical internet scam!!!!

    Through nature of my twenty years business I dealt with many companies but I never came across such a dodgy company. ONE STAR 🌟 IS TOO MUCH FOR THEM, should be minus. I bought model 18 cargo electric scooter the transaction was very fast and smooth within few minutes all done. when they send thw scooter it was jock, it was a chield toy, it couldn't stay on the legs I need to leans it to the wall to stay and also for safety reason they shouldn't be allowed to sell such a toys to adults. to sort out the issue with them form the first day up to more than a week sometime twice a day I was calling the company although all the receptionists were very polite but horrible service. After a lot of hassle finally I managed to arrange for collecting their damaged scooter but they charge me £130 for return and £95 for assemble, with regard to assemble services wasn't safe for riding( RIP-OFF). After I bought a scooter from another company it is cheaper bu¾t it is heavy duty and safe to use it for our cafe. The kids scooter toy from Argos much more safer and better than Erider products.

    I've been using erider for about 7years ! I'm now leasing a yadea model 21 from them now the battery wont charge and they seem to be really unhelpful it's my means to get to work dont seem interested in helping in anyway at all they want me to send the battery away at my cost surely if I'm leasing it is there responsibility as I'm still paying for it Dont think I will use them again when I'm finished paying for this one

    Customer service is absolutely terrible! After setting up a direct debit, I only spoke to what I assume is a telephone answering company they use and couldn't get through to the team and was informed I would be emailed or contacted, neither happened. I ended up wasting four days trying to get through to someone who can help and was then finally told by the same people that the model I set up the payment plan on isn't available. Disappointed. Extremely unprofessional, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL 👎

    I bought a motorcycle, and it arrived with the plate from the year before, dirty and without battery charger and mirrors. Infringing customer service, threatening to bring me the bike, I gave the advance and I'm paying regularly, I still don't have the V5. in a few months she has a lot of problems, and she stayed there for 5 days where I couldn't work, the customer service doesn't matter. do not buy in this company and a scam

    DO NOT RENT OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I asked for information only and didn't even fill the rental form fully. communication is very bad and customer service is the worst. they used my address without my permission to use and delivered an e-moped which was not even in working condition. so even if i wanted to rent it, I couldn't. then i had to spend my own money to move it. the customer service said you shouldn't have moved it and the bike was in a working condition so they are telling me it's my fault. instead of compensating me for the mental distress they have caused me, they threaten to file a police report if I don't give the bike to the collection driver and say that I stole it. Again, DO NOT USE ANY SERVICES FROM THIS COMPANY.
