DO NOT BUY - I had a terrible experience with this company this year. Sent the wrong size of an expensive evening gown - 1350 euro. Following extensive attempt I finally made contact with the company who refused to refund or supply a size up. They were dismissive and unhelpful at every juncture. I’m left at a substantial loss and greatly annoyed by my experience with them. I am a prolific online shopper and have always been discerning in the companies I deal with, and have had very positive interactions in the main. Unfortunately I strayed to this company , lured in by the promise of a beautiful garment. In fairness, apart from being the incorrect size the garment was well made and I would have been very happy to wear it had it fit. Sadly I am left at a loss of funds and a loss of faith and I post this to save other potential purchasers similar grief. I will stick to tried and tested companies in future. Orla K.

I will never buy a Wilkinson Sword product again, I was given this tool as a present and it broke on the second day of usage, from the picture you can clearly see it is new. As it was a present I had no receipt so no repairs or replacement. Shop elsewhere, poor quality and service.
