Absolute joke of a company. I’ve been trying to go onto an economy 7 tariff since the start of February 2023 now, even paid £150 up front to get this sorted and we are nearly in June 2023 and there is still no resolution. They need to come out to fit a new smart metre, one appointment was cancelled with no phone call to let me know this and the customer service has been terrible on the 25 + times that I have called to try and get this resolved. If there was a way to leave lower than a 1-star review, I would be sure to leave it. I hope this helps for anyone thinking of moving to E.ON next or going onto the economy 7 tariff.

Is is a scam, is taking the government allowance and forgetting to deduct the cost on the people's bills. A group of people is taking them in court as looks like they are doing this to old people mostly who cannot really check the bills properly..

there was a smell of gas in my house at 43 Hetling Close Plymouth. we had to call EON next emergency service and they sent an engineer over. i didn’t catch his name but he was absolutely brilliant. he turnt up in less than an hour and he fixed the problem and also helped us with other things around the house as well, that we weren’t very sure of, as we only just purchased the property. such an amazing, and helpful man. 10/10 service he was great !

Cut off by the miserable rude woman who was out of her depth. Dog constantly barking in the background, unable to hear what was being said. Embarrassingly amateur.
