He is thorough and professional and itās clear he is very skilled at what he does and takes great pride in his work. My conversion wasnāt particularly straightforward because of my frame but Matt went above and beyond to make all the adjustments necessary to make it just a perfect conversion and create what is now a fantastic piece of engineering. He made sure to keep me updated on every detail every step of the way. The bike is simply incredible, rides beautifully and an absolute joy. Wellā¦.. Iāve enjoyed riding my bikes for the last 65 years. Recently the enjoyment began to wane due to health issues. We found Matt whilst looking for an ebike solution for my son. He took my sons hybrid bike and has turned it into an absolute machine of an ebike. The acceleration is fast and smooth, the battery lasts absolutely ages too! Very very pleased with the pre-sales (talking my son through the options and why some additions are worth it (or not!), the actual handover and knowing we have Matt on hand if we need any support or servicing. Top job Matt, Thankyou. One very happy son and my wallet wasnāt crying too much either!! You will not find anyone as knowledgable, enthusiastic and genuine as Matt.

Having found this local business I thought it would be a great idea if the could convert my very old hybrid bike into an ebike because I was well used to my bike so knew I would not need to get used to a new bike all over again. I rang and spoke with Matt (the owner) who asked me to bring my bike over to see if it could be converted and on getting to his house he confirmed that Sachs hybrid bike could in dead be converted, I was surprised when I found out he and his team could do it in just one week, we discussed what option there were for my bike and then decided there and then to go ahead and get it done mainly because Matt was not only proffesional but also gave me the impression that he was confident that they could give me the ebike I had been looking for, for so long. True to their would Matt delivered my ebike to me at my home only 1 week after it was given to them. I was stunned for a bike that was well over 20 years old my Sachs bike looked new, they had done a full service on the bike as well as fitting all the electronics with bigger motor and a beast of an upgraded battery. His mechanic had even tidied up the frames paintwork. I cannot praise their work highly enough but I will recommend the company and their proffesional attitude to all that I know and come across in my travels. Matt I would like to thank you and your mechanic for the work that I know you have both done on my bike. From Andy W (ex cycle mech) I hope my fitness now improves ie broken back?!!!
