The guy was friendly and flexible with time and location. But unfortunately when it came down to the service I paid £70 for an average clean. Windows still dirty (happy to show evidence), nothing done to the seats even though I paid for In and Out. I've previously paid £100 for a complete in and out showroom clean which took 3/4hrs before but needed a more flexible location this time. Definitely not worth it for just over an hour's work. I'm sorry but to charge £70 for an outside clean with an inside "wipe" is a scam. Never again. I'm not sure how the company has 4.8 stars, I must be an unlucky customer?

Ermal is punctual and good humoured but I'm overall not happy with the service. Sadly he over-promised and under-delivered. He said he would spend at least 3 hours on the vehicle for the £160 + ulez fee he was charging. I wasn't expecting miracles, but I was expecting around 4 hours labour and a solid attempt to (DA) polish the car given his normal two hour VIP service is £79.99. I was therefore surprised when, after just 1 hour 40 mins, I get an impatient call saying he needs to go to another job, yet still wants to charge the full amount £172. It was able to negotiate down a little but still I feel robbed. Could have gotten the same service at a local hand car wash for next to nothing.
