Absolutely fabulous, I bought my machine from grain 5 years ago and was a total novice. They showed me the basics and I've been running my own embroidery business ever since. I get all my threads, stabiliser and bobbins etc from grain with a discount which makes it more cost effective than online companies. Recently I used their team to service my machine, it was all done very efficiently and i only lost 1 day of production which is brilliant. I highly recommend them and Kevin on reception is always a Ray of sunshine 🌞

Contacted Grain Sewing Machines and straight away they were extremely helpful. After a few messages I went to see them in person as I only lived in Derby. On arrival I was greeted and seen to with great professionalism. I was able to try the Sewing machine I was interested in and I was able to dk that on the materials I brought with me. After going through the machine I then purchased it. I was shown around the workshop while the machine was being made ready for me. When it was all ready they were very helpful while securing the machine into my vehicle. Would fully recommend them to anyone. Thank you for you help

My wife Juli recently retired and wanted to take up sewing again ( watched too much Sewing Bee )! I wanted to buy her a sewing machine but had no idea where to start. Contacted Grains who advised me on the options that would suit her and I settled on a Brother Inno-vis. It's perfect for what she wants, plenty of features without being overly complicated ( so she tells me!).
