Removed chimney breasts in my property but failed to put the chimney caps on which meant water is coming into the house. Even though in a previous WhatsApp message in April 2022, Edmund (the owner) said he's ordered caps for my house, E&J (Rita the receptionist) are now denying that putting chimney caps on was ever a part of the job and that they're not insured to work on roofs. On top of this, they no longer answer the phone whenever I call them, or even respond to emails.
