Very nice quality carpet and underlay. Communication from the store was friendly and consistent. Fitters were punctual, hard working, and exceeded expectations (persuading us to let them move some difficult large items of furniture to get the carpet under it, rather than cutting round). Left everything clean and tidy. Excellent stuff.

My heroes! This is how you run a business. Fantastic service and support from first going into the shop all the way upto fitting. Love our new carpet, and Rob & the fitting team are all really friendly and helpful. We had a disaster a few days after installation when we had some wooden floor put down, which meant some of our new carpet was ruined. I got in touch and Rob went out of his way to help us. After a weird experience and outrageous quote from another local carpet fitters I could not have appreciated the service we had with E.J's more - a huge thanks.

These guys are awesome! After going into the shop and getting some advice in-store, they arranged a quick callout to measure the room, then booked a day for fitting. They turned up exactly when they said they would, were all very polite, and the fitting was very quick, to a very high standard. Carpet look great -- would definitely recommend!

When we discovered that some of our subfloors were rotten they went over and beyond to help us to ensure that we could have our floors fitted as scheduled. End product looks amazing too.
