    Had my clasp repaired on my chain, overpriced was meant to take a week to come back, finally received it after 5 weeks of pestering them.. only for it to come back completely snapped in half, and 2 other links hanging on by a thread, will be lucky to even get a scrap value for it now after only having it 2 months from purchasing here. Also the customer service is shocking
