really horrible company so I was taken off universal credit from the 5th of April and I didn't know about it they all play games in the end really unprofessional people all of them wount even give me information to finish off my universal credit claim bathroom door lock broken heating system messed up all they want is money from vulnerable people in other words to take advantage of what they can cant wait to move out of here dont come here

Avoid the company discriminates look else where they got no respect make promises and not keep them not only that the guy who's room was underneath us kept on giving us issues we reported it and nothing happened as the landlord roweena was siding for him some of the support workers are amazing except for Angila who's got a attitude avoid even the reviews are fake roweena who as made a review is part of management corrupt
