Friendly service , decent priced if on a budget But clearly didn't view our new property (moved in December surveyed in July) well enough, we have damp and mold , two radiators that don't work and a boiler that has now given out. Frankly I advise spend more get a proper survey done This was a level 3 survey

Seems friendly, but you may have to chase him up for updates. Could not get a response from him after he said my survey was booked. Maybe he was overloaded with work as his prices are competitive, but I wouldn't recommend based on my experience.
