My family used the Balham branch. I cannot think of any way in which they could have been more accommodating and understanding of our needs in an extremely difficult time for us. Bella was incredible; she approaches her role with a genuine care and compassion.

I can't rate Gillman's enough down to their office staff especially Michelle from the Balham branch, who helped and made sure My Mums Funeral was exactly what she wanted and what my sister and I wanted. When it came to viewing my Mum all I can say she looked beautiful and the personal touches we asked for were perfect. The day of the funeral was handled in a very professional way thanks to Kingsley the funeral director and George Bennett the celebrant. Thank you so much Daniel and Christine

I would like to say a huge thank to Jill Sheeran Eddie and all the team for getting everything perfect for my wonderful dads funeral it was just how I wanted it all to be I would highly recommend I lost my beautiful mum and sister a few years ago and had a bad experience with 2 different funeral homes these people listened to what I wanted and made it happen sheeran you were a wonderful support to me when I came to see my dad at the chapel of rest thank you so much

Gill was wonderful when she helped me to organise my husband's funeral. Everything was calm and she was really clear with all the options and made great and thoughtful recommendations. The Funeral Director was brilliant. He came to meet me the day before and talked through any needs. He also reminded / welcomed me to pack snacks for my young children as the funeral was around lunchtime. He was absolutely brilliant on the day, really helping them to be at ease. Hugely appreciated him and the team.
