Excellent all round customer service from the two staff members. I couldn't purchase the hoover I wanted at two other electrical stores and yet found this stall and managed to not only buy the exact item we wanted but also got a generous discount and some extra attachments. This is why Dyson do so well and why shopping direct with them is a better choice. Thank you both.

Stood above and watched for ages the amount of demos on people's hair using brushes and various curling products etc and not one cleaning cycle was performed on any item. Eventually went down to have a look at the items to see stray hairs and random flakes of skin etc. Staff payed no attention to our presence or offered one bit of help. They were quite happily chatting between themselves completely oblivious to us even being there.
