All I got from someone called Greg who's name was above the 'Chat' box I was using and who is apparently the company rep' were cold, unprofessional, unhelpful and childish four word replies to my query and that after the sessions repeatedly dropping for some "unknown' reason. I then called the landline to receive an equally unprofessional reply albeit at least an answer. Stay happy... go elsewhere.

When asking for officially published Dyson parts (V6 12v Charger comes with Car&Boat model) they keep deny it's existence. Instead of simply wring we'll have a look at it and come back to you later or others might have it we don't.
