Had a lovely time at the Dyson Demo store! Came over 2 weeks ago and they didn’t have the air wrap in the colour I wanted. The shop assistant, (Suhaam) was so lovely and helped my friend choosing her Dyson Airwrap, and I mentioned I would come back when the one I want is back in stock. When we came to the store again today, Suhaam immediately recognised us and was so pleasant to deal with, I would happily purchase again at Dyson demo Store.

Having purchased a Dyson V12 Detect+ Slim Absolute I've unfortunately had three bad experiences with Dyson in the last three weeks!!! The product itself seemed robust when I saw it at Oxford St, so decided to purchase it from the Dyson stand located in the centre of Brent Cross shopping centre in NW London. The staff explained that there is a no quibble 2 year warranty but I didn't expect the small attachment for the staircase to become faulty in the first week. I took the faulty attachment back to where I purchased it but they didn't have any spare parts in stock so I was told to call Dyson on the freephone number & they'll be able to arrange a new one be sent out to me. When I called Dyson and explained they said that the first 28 days are only covered by the store I purchased from. This seemed rather odd so I requested a manager & was told that one would definitely call me within 24hrs. I waited 6 days but no one called - appalling!!!!! So this morning I took the entire product back to Brent Cross for a full no quibble refund. The assistant agreed & apologised for the inconvenience but couldn't refund me due to an issue. She called Dyson & explained what I had previously been told is incorrect & that in fact a manager never called back as promised. The only thing left to do was to take the device back home & await email instructions for return & a manager call back. Now come on Dyson, I'm sure you'll agree that you could & should do much better than this. I've spent the better part of £600 on a vacuum cleaner which fails me so quickly, it's not on. I will be taking this one all the way. Meanwhile I've had to go purchase a Henry vacuum cleaner which is solid well built, reliable does an amazing job too and costs less than a third of the price!!! Makes you think what are Dyson playing at????

I recently won a blow dry for two at the Dyson beauty lab in London. My mum and I were seen by a stylist called Mirko and I cannot recommend him enough! He took the time to explain every product and attachment, as well as how they would work on our hair. We also got the chance to have a go ourselves which was very fun and something I've wanted to do for a long time. My blow dry looked amazing and I received compliments throughout the day. Thanks again Mirko :) you're a star!

I recently visited this store and I must say, they have amazing products on offer. However, I was disappointed with the customer service. One of the sales assistants, who was dressed in black (possibly a manager), was standing behind the counter texting and ignoring customers completely. When we asked for help, she was quite unfriendly and rude, which left a bad taste in our mouths. This kind of behavior can damage the brand image, which I know that @jamesDyson has been working hard to build. I hope that the management takes notice of this and makes some necessary changes to improve the overall customer experience.
