They have got 1 star as you cant give negative stars. Our experience with Dyno has been horrendous we paid a lot of money for the refurbishment of two bathrooms both of which are literally falling apart after less than 3 years - we have had Dyno out at least 6 times to fix the shoddy work... be warned DO NOT use them, the 12 month warranty is not risk mitigation

Bought a hot tap a couple of years ago at an already extortionate price of over £900 with the assurance that it would be replaced free within a year and I was assured after that, "at least you know someone who can fix it." It no longer boils water 2 years later and Dyno reluctantly came out to look at it. No-one in their company apparently is qualified to repair it. Mis-sold and ripped off!!!

I have had 3 quotes from these guys for different jobs. I have to say they are triple the price of any other quote. 35 people working for them? They want you to pay for 3 of them for one job. 300 quid to supply and change a tiny radiator. No thanx and nor will I ever have them to quote again. Im all for supporting local business but come off it. Highway robbery more like

On Monday morning Phillip stated revamping our bathroom , the first thing I noticed was this well dresses ( even in his work clothes )young man with the best smile ever for a Monday , what a lovely pleasant happy fellow , he never stopped working this is day 3 and what a transformation , wow can't wait to see our new bathroom all finished , we can't praise Phillip enough , hope you tell him the Armstrogs think he's a little GEM , yours Linda Armstrong x

Horrible Experience! Communication 0 Very unprofessional and not honest. I wanted to make a complaint, not returing my calls in regard to unfinished work. I could not. I phoned the main office who has reassured me that they will contact the local manager and ask him to call me back. I had a phone call from some one identified him self as the local Durham Dyno manager he was fixated on what his staff told him rather than on my complaint, finally after I have repeated the sequence of events and that his staff gave a quotation of £650 to complete the work while in fact they have done only 1/2 of it and gave me a date to finish the work but after I pay the initial amount , after we paid the whole amount, he just disappeared and not answering his phone. When I phoned Dyno, the lady said she will transfer the message to him, I phoned back to be told that the rest of the work is an extra work and I have to fix another visit with new quotation!!! The manager then promised that they will phone me back to finish part of the work ( as the manager him self believed his Plummer the work was extra despite my detailed explanation!!) It has been a week and no one called me. They have neither gave me an invoice for the work agreed nor they given me a recipt for the money we paid over the phone. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR ANY ONE WIRKS WITH THEM. Communication and honesty are as important as the quality of the work.
