Had to wait over 2 months for a part. Then they gave me a 6 hour time slot that want good for me but i had to stay in waiting for them. and then they dont answer the phone to advise what time the person will come. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

called up and requested a plumber to investigate a leak at my home, got told tomorrow wqas best they could do, asked if today was possible and the guy said yeah they would have someone with me in 4 hours, no call out charge and i would be given a quote once the plumber had a look. 4.5 hours later got a call saying they cant get someone with me by 6pm and so there would be a £150 charge. I was then told even in hours there would be a £99 charge, and if I wanted in hours the quickest would be Monday next week. I cancelled.

I wanted to give 5 stars specifically to the Dyno engineer who helped me today - Oliver. He came to us as part of a British gas cover we have and although the problem turned out to be more complex than we thought he stayed to make sure we got the answers we needed and was so kind.
