Called in to the surgery this morning and the receptionist was so helpful. Needed a blood test, she booked the blood test apt within 10 mins directed me to Skipton hospital and I was in and out of Skipton hospital within 10 mins of her booking the appointment for me. This service was amazing - thank you Dyneley and Skipton phlebotomy nurses too.

They stopped my sertraline for no reason knowing full well that people commit suicide as a result. Not only this but they tell me to make an appointment and then cancel it without allowing me to get anymore just to make sure that I have to endure withdrawal symptoms for the entirety of this weekend! The level of negligence and incompitence is disgusting and inexcusable!
