Did a great job of restoring the brick work, woodwork , masonry paint and pointing, Communication was good throughout and Billy left the place immaculate when the job was done. He is friendly - shows photos of the difficult to see spaces so you can see the before and after - and gives realistic timescales of how long the work will take.

We live in Wimbledon Park and in walking around had seen examples of brick restoration. Had a chat with Billie when he was working on one in Revelstoke Road. He did an amazing job so no sooner said than done we booked him to do ours. We are very pleased with the result, especially as we used the opportunity to paint the exterior. Now our house looks amazing. Billie's a very professional, courteous and considerate worker who is amazingly good at tidying up at the end of every day. At first it's a pretty dusty and wet job but he makes sure to clean up thoroughly. Thanks!

We’ve recently had some work done on our property by Dynamic Restoration after I saw their van working locally. Pointing, brick repairs and some heli-bar installation. Billie was excellent at explaining the works needed and what was involved. A detailed quote was received and the communications throughout the works were first class. On site, Billie maintained a very clean working area and the impact to us in terms of mess and disruption was minimal due to the areas being cleaned as he worked through. The results are excellent. The most noticeable areas being the brick repairs. Very skilful work means where we had weathered reds they now look smart and tidy again. Highly recommend them.

Billie carried out a render removal, brick clean, rake-out and repoint to the front facade of our property. The results are absolutely incredible and we couldn’t be happier. Billie showed enthusiasm for the job from the outset and his quote offered good value. His expertise and judgement helped us make the right decision on the work and he went above and beyond with extras (e.g. repairing a plinth). Meanwhile, Natalie, the other half of the Dynamic Restorations duo was friendly, efficient with the communications and accurate with the invoicing. We called Dynamic Restoration Ltd, having seen their van locally in West London, to see if they could repoint part of an original Victorian garden wall at very short notice. They were able to schedule the work in quickly and we were extremely impressed with their punctuality, attention to detail and quality of work. Our wall was in a bad condition and they completely transformed it. We were extremely impressed with the overall service and felt that they were skilled at what they do. Very happy to recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.
