Had been suffering with a knee issue when I discovered these guys, and booked a session with Matt Smith to investigate. Matt was professional, knowledgeable and gave me excellent advice to strengthen my knee. More recently I suffered a tear of the quadracep, and didn't hesitate to book in to see Matt, who once again, gave me superb advice and recovery exercises to get me back to full health. Thoroughly recommend.

I have had back pain causing my knees to give way meaning I was unable to complete a full game in rugby and football. I had seen two different osteopaths who relieved the pain but never resolved the issue. This went on for two years. After getting treatment and a rehab programme from Becca I am finally playing pain free again! I would highly recommend, if you are willing to put the work in they’re really good.

I’ve been in treatment with Matt for over a year now. I use him as part of the recovery periods in my ultra-endurance cycling structured training program, as well as for tune-ups ahead of events as preventative treatment. Matt has also helped with some of the inevitable injuries picked up during High Intensity Interval Training and he has recommended some effective exercises to strengthen problem areas to complement the physical therapy he has administered. I recommend Matt for maintenance and recovery for any athlete who wishes to optimise their performance as having his support has helped me achieve my performance goals.
