I was reluctant into therapy after struggling with depression and anxiety. However, luckily for me, Rob was recommended to me through a neurologist and I thought I would give therapy one more try. His positive attitude gave me hope and he really listened to me and worked with me to move forwards. Thank you Rob for giving me the skills to be able to better understand myself and to overcome my difficulties.

My £250 were literally stolen from me. When the appointment was “booked”, it wasn’t reconfirmed. But what’s worse is that no one has EVER told me about Robert’s cancelation policy as I contacted him over a text message. I had a very good excuse to cancel in this particular case - I had the worst pre flight panic attack ever, and he (even though he is a psychologist, and should understand what one may go through when cancelling the flight last minute) completely ignored the terrible state I was in. This man will not help you with your fear of flying, simply because he is not capable of understanding what it’s like to have this particular phobia. If he did, he would never take £250 from me. I feel disgusted with the way he treats his clients.
