This used to be a great surgery. It's impossible to reach a human being. Tried calling repeatedly this morning and had an automated message than hangs up on you. Tried calling later and message changed to all appointments booked. How? How does one even book an appointment? Had to resort to dialing 111.

I've been coming here since I was a child and it is and always has been a lovely Medical center. The reception staff are so lovely and friendly. So are the doctors and nurses and getting an appointment has always been easy. Thank you for all the help over the years.

You never get through at the phone when calling for an appointment in the morning. The reception team are useless as well, they just tell you to call tomorrow morning or book online, there are no appointments online!!! Why can't they just give me n appointments for next week or so at the phone?? As I said, they are useless. This is the worst medical center I have ever been. Can't wait to change to any other.

The booking system is an absolute shambles. Anyone working does not have the time to spend 1 hour on the phone only to be told all appointments are full for the day and to ring back the next day. If ever you do manage to get to the surgery, there's barely anyone in, so how they are always full surprises me! The staff are also rude and patronising and really need some customer care training.

Shocking surgery. Reception staff are so rude and I mean so rude. Rang in august for an appointment and the appointment I could only book was in November!!!! I ring nearly everyday when I’m not working and by 8.35am all the appointments have gone. Definitely would not recommend this surgery to anyone. I once rang about talking to someone about metal health issues dying covid and the receptionist said “sorry we can’t help with that” this was heartbreaking and left me feeling in a worst state. Currently changing surgeries now.
