I had some car trouble whilst in the area with work, and this garage was literally just around the corner from where I was stopping, Basically my car was running very rough and my little diagnostic phone app said I needed a sensor changing on the engine. I looked on YouTube and it was an easy ten minute job. I explained my situation but the lady on the phone was very unhelpful and said they couldn't squeeze me in and wouldn't look at it for three weeks?!?! I ended up ordering the sensor and borrowing some tools off a kind chap where I was working to fit it myself (took me 10 minutes) so I could get back home. I can't comment on their work, as they didn't do any, but the words "chocolate" and "teapot" spring to mind
