I used to go regularly but last time I went it a washing machine door had been left open. The handle stabbed into my leg causing a massive bruise (see photo). I swore loudly (my bad) but the member of staff didn't apologise or even acknowledge anything had happened. Asking if I was ok would have been enough. On top of that she watched me struggling to drag a huge hamper of laundry in (I was feeling dizzy) without offering to help, made me wait for ages and then wouldn't commit to a pick up time the following day. When I raised all this she said 'it's not my job to close the machines and help people with their washing'. I called later and asked to speak to the owner. She wouldn't provide his details and I haven't had a call back as requested. I can only give them 1 star because of poor safety & customer care.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Would say for £4 ish you could fully dry 3-4 loads of washing in their industrial dryers
