Absolute joke of a company. First text said Wednesday. Never arrived. Next text said Thursday. Never arrived. I called and they said they would sent it before 12 Friday. Never arrived. Called again and they said it hadn't been loaded. I cannot pick it up from local branch but they will send it another 30 miles away for me to pick up tomorrow. 3 work days wasted. Thanks

Horrible services. I don't know how they get business from the premium Government authorities??? Since last 7 days I am waiting for my urgent document and everyday at 8 am they will sent a text by saying your document will be delivered today and by 1 pm again another text by saying sorry we missed you today and we dropped you a calling card. But the fact is there we have waited and no one came to our door and still waiting for my deliver??? They even refused to deliver from depot???? THEY SHOULD BE BANNED TO DELIVER IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS.
