Told me my dent could not be repaired with paintless dent removal and would have to go into a bodyshop, even though I said I wasn't expecting a flawless finish, Sent numerous photos and video of dent. So this complete novice then purchased a PDR glue kit off amazon for £30, watched a few YouTube videos and had a go myself, and here are the results 2 hours later. And their supposed to be the experts???

Received multiple confirmation texts and a text from the technician Chris as to his arrival time. He arrived at 8am and cracked on with the alloy repair. He was done by 9am. The repair on a brief inspection looks good and the service was first class. Chris was polite and friendly and advised me to check my wheel nuts after 20 miles.

I had a technician called Sarah visit today for some cosmetic repairs to one of my alloy wheels. She was very professional and courteous and kept me fully up to date with her progress of the job. She was also a very good communicator in keeping me informed of her ETA. She made an excellent job in repairing the damage to the wheel, I'd fully recommend her.

,Had work carried out DWV Technicans messed up the job so they subbed it out to a another company now there are issues they wont help ,this is there responce ..We passed your email to the regional manager, and he has said all of the work done on this vehicle was done by a body shop and DWV paid the body shop invoice for the required rework of the vehicle so we won`t be able to assist with the current issue the you has raised, this will need taken up with the body shop who carried out the repairs You paid extra for some work you wanted doing too, so this all needs taking up with the repairer as we haven`t touched this vehicle since the body shop repairs. The vehicle is no longer our responsibility.
