Anthony stood out from the rest because of his ability to listen to, and understand, our requirements; his attention to detail; his clarity on charges and his sheer enthusiasm for the project. Dwell Design was the obvious choice. From the initial design concept, through the planning and building regulations processes, vetting of potential contractors, contract management and the build itself, Anthony has been with us every step of the way. Anthony from Dwell Design Ltd have been amazing throughout all aspects of our project. He has been very friendly and always willing to go the extra to assist us. Anthony has a great attention to detail and is very creative in designing our build. Anthony was always able to be contactable and was quick to respond to emails. Anthony had no problems with travelling to meet us, even with a greater distance to normal. Our neighbours were building at the same time and used a designer instead of an architect. This has highlighted to us the importance of using an appropriate person, and Anthony helped us to resolve problems with their next doors design and build, including making a suggestion to ensure both builds can proceed.
