I have used DW multiple times and they have always been great, special shout out to Azza and Kieth one of DWs fitting teams, they always go above and beyond, always turn up early and conduct their work with a smile on their face. There has been times where DW got it wrong but because they have a good system in place I've always managed to get small issues sorted very quickly.

We had new flush windows fitted last week and couldn't be more pleased with the result. A reliable Company with no pushy sales people, offering a good price,with fitting and finishing of a very high standard. The service and customer care were excellent throughout. All staff were friendly helpful and knowledgeable from our initial enquiry at the showroom upto the installation. Steve the surveyor was very thorough and his guidance and advice ensured our exact requirements were met. Our brilliant fitters,Harry and Tim,were efficient, friendly and kept us informed of any issues Nothing was too much trouble even when they were tested by some tricky tile work on front of the House!!Their attention to detail was meticulous and they always tidied up! We do appreciate the hard work and the transformation is amazing. A big thankyou to EVERYONE involved at DW Windows Bilston for a First class job.A dream come true.
