I passed my driving test here today. This was my fifth attempt and the first one on Chelmsford. Having no knowledge of the area before I was a bit nervous. However, this amazing test examiner named, Sarah calmed my nerves and gave really clear instructions which made my test easier (unlike previous tests at London test centers). The good thing about this test route is it has clear road markings (nothing is faded) and has red lights everywhere to help you avoid mistakes in roundabouts and pedestrian crossings. Overall very good outcome for me. If you have failed tests like me before...have faith in yourself, correct your previous mistakes and follow road signs with effective observations...you will definitely crack the test..Good luck!!

Terrible test centre. Pass rate is so low here you don't even have half a chancd (45%) because they want to just fail you on any minor reason. I know 3 people who are all competent drivers who have taken tests here in the last month and been failed due to extremely minor issues. They have even been told there 'driving is perfect' and there a 'good driver' then have to wait 2 months for another test how ridiculous. Avoid these horrible people at all costs. All they see is failing people for more money and to make there life easier.

people who no longer have anything to do with the pleasure of doing what they have learned. They are happy when someone fails the exam, finishes the exam faster, and has more time for themselves.Shame for all the others who study hard to succeed, and get in the way..for silly reason
