Very poor , they cancel my son driving test few minutes before start because emergency issues. Now he can’t book any date for test. People who had cancel like that should be first in queue without rebooking.Really disappointing

Difficult access on a busy road. Mini roundabout just next to it. Watch out as there is no on-site car parking and candidates must park in public space at the side of the road opposite. Waiting room is very dated and uninspiring. Limited refreshments with an honesty box for tea and coffee 🤔

Came from Dunstable to take my exam in Cheltenham. It was a bit of a gamble but had no choice as it's hard to book anything around my area, Luton, Dunstable or Leighton Buzzard. I've never had the chance to drive around Cheltenham and I was stressed about taking my test in a City I don't know, however, the examiner said to chill the ... as he is not there ''to kill anyone'' , that saying plus chatting a lot with him whilst driving got me so relaxed to the point that I felt like it was not an exam at all and I was driving for at least 3-5 years. Thank you again !!!!
