They can be a little bit friendly with customers so customer can feel better and happy. The place for hgv test is not suitable at all and very busy area where both side of the road covered by parked car, small round about and Junctions when is hard to move 16.5 mittet trailer without touching the kerbs. My examiner didn't seems friendly at all. I would advice anyone who wanna take hgv test, avoid this place as its difficult to drive artic around the area also examiner wasn't friendly . It's posable to pass only if you have your 5 days trying around this small area. Do not book your test there, staid there 2 hours and seen 12 people Faild, car and lorry drivers. Week after , I passed my driving in Bristol and my experience was 100% different from this place ! You know the examiner told me and my instructor that I am not safe being on the road with lorry so it just shows how cruel my examiner was ! It didn’t let me stop trying as I passed my driving week after in Bristol so naw I know there is problem with the examiner not me

I took our mechanic for his PCV test at Featherstone today (08-04-23) - we were greeted and given a warm welcome by the examiner on our arrival for the test at 14:32. I went off and walked my dog whilst Kyle went out on the road. A short time later Kyle called to say he’d passed and said his examiner was brilliant with him and made me feel at ease throughout his test.

Got failed today for being in the Right lane & a learner driver was in the wrong lane, the learner driver tried to pull infront of me and made me stop even though they cut me up and I was in the right lane I got failed because I was told I should of let them through even though they was in the wrong lane. Also got a dangerous fault for going over a speed bump a little fast. Place needs blowing up money mad and rude. Regardless of your ability to drive they will always find a way to fail you. Horrible place will never attend there again

I been here first time 2 months ago was my first driving test. It was fine. But today 3 of April 2023 I had my test at 14:32 , I have arrive there at 14:40 I was only 8 minutes late and the examiner was standing outside and I go to him and I beg him to take me for the test. He sayd no. Why are they doing like this.? I don't understand. We need to wait a few months for our test and when time comes they don't let you take the test becouse you are 3 minutes late I say 3 minutes becouse I ask him how many minutes I can be late and he sayd only 5 and I was 8. Seriosly ?

Rob was a fantastic examiner who put me at ease straight away! He definitely contributed to my pass as I felt way less nervous compared to my first test.

Passed my C+E on my third attempt. The examiner helped with the nerves but they have a job to do, they make sure that you can handle the vehicle on the road on your own. Mark was my examiner today and he was very nice and helpful, he gave me feedback on my driving faults even though I passed. There is a student toliet here to use which is a bonus.

s “cheeky chops” d
Very bad examiners one in particular is RAJ there is a pattern emerging with her so she can fail you, towards the end of the test she will do a verbal/physical intervention will results in an immediate fail, Dvsa needs lots of complaints by email about this woman, and she also needs someone higher in authority to sit in on her tests. I already know 6 people she has done this with and I will be contacting dvsa. All of the 6 people had 3 to 5 minor faults and that would be a pass so it's pre meditated what she is doing.
