There is an examiner called Julia who is absolutely lovely. A manager called Kirk who is very professional and competent. BUT .. there is an examiner called Liz who is one of the worst people I have ever come across. She has made the driving test for me a terrible experience. Rude, patronizing and utterly disrespectful. Her customer service skills are non existent. She snapped and shouted at me throughout the test and put my anxiety levels through the roof. There are other negative reviews about her so there seems to be a pattern!

Passed my test today and I can’t thank my examiner, Liz, enough. She was lovely, explained the process of the test and asked if I needed anything explained. She gave me clear instructions of what she wanted me to do and in plenty of time. She was patient and calm the whole time which really put me at ease. Such a positive experience!

Worst centre in UK. Staffed mainly by some sadistic old men who are tricking learners into faults. They look for tiniest of reasons that has no bearing on safety to fail you. I now understand why they have 40% pass rate from DVSA record, one of the lowest in UK. Most of these old examiners exhibit unfriendly & aggressive attitudes which adds to d nerves. They also insist u must drive using road signs to destinations for d 40 minutes of d test instead of Satnav so be prepared if it becomes a must go. AVOID this place for your own good

Passed my test yesterday and just wanted to say a huge thank you to Laura my examiner. She was a breath of fresh air compared to my experience the last time at this centre. She put me at ease right at the beginning. She was calm and professional all through the test. She made sure i understood any instructions/directions she gave. Thank you for doing your job the way it should be done. You understood learner drivers can be nervous and you took your time to make me relaxe and i actually enjoy the ride.

DVSA CORRUPTED, they have interested to fail you. Draving test should be recorded and examined by independent judges who not link to DVSA. Very rude and unfriendly staff.

Passed my test today first time with only 3 minors. I had a very lovely lady ( liz) who made me feel comfortable from the start by ensuring that she spoke and contain a conversation throughout the test which helped me feel comfortable and relax to take the test to the best of my ability which happened to make me pass. I never thought that I would pass my test today and when I did I couldn’t believe it. Thank you so much.
