    Absolutely disgusting customer service skills. Evidently there is no experience with manners and speaking with clients. The two people I spoke to over the phone were extremely rude, clearly had no interest or care for my enquiry. Ridiculously un-useful and I would highly urge people to think twice before using this charity. I am appalled by the lack of help or effort to help, instead the phone got put down on me and I kept getting cut off as they clearly have no manners and instead like to interrupt when I was talking. I wouldnt mind if they werent so useless and actually helped.
