The Duxinaroe course was excellent on many different levels. It uses applied neuroscience to unpack how to create positive, effective change cultures. The brain science is harnessed to take resistance and transform it into collaboration. It's taught in bite sized pieces so it's not overwhelming and makes a ton of common sense. The course uses narrative and video lessons to make the information come alive and remain in one's memory and consciousness. The designers of the course as teachers meet weekly with learners to engage and discuss. All in all, a fantastic learning experience. I recommend it highly.
