Awful service from Duxbury Tiling! We arranged a tiling job for our bathroom and given 2 weeks notice (1 week was required). The Job was to start Monday and received a text on the weekend that he can’t make Mon it will be Tuesday, no problem. We then got a message late Monday evening to say he cannot do the job! We had everything prepped in bathroom and ready to go, along with booking other trades around the tiling, so absolute nightmare, especially having 2 children and 1 bathroom. We then started to ring around for a replacement tiler, only to receive another text to say he could do the job 100%, but on Thursday! Panic over. Thursday morning 8am another text from Mike at Duxbury, “sorry can’t do the job” Tried calling and couldn’t get through, sent several text and no reply also disappeared from Instagram. We have since found another tiler who said he would start on the Monday and turned up at 8:30 as promised. I found Duxbury tiling online after seeing, what appeared for be great work. I have to question if this work was actually carried out by this company. Avoid this company if you don’t want to be let down.
