Absolutely disgusting customer service. The man I spoke to (Brandon) has a serious attitude problem. I requested for a simple glass cover with the stated dimensions and a specific pattern which they had completed for a good friend of mine. And this sent Brandon into a complete meltdown. I was shocked by how rude he was, and for a supposedly established company, his manager needs to have words with him. I am actually slightly worried for him, as this behaviour is not normal and clearly is coming from someone who must be dealing with a lot in his personal life. He really shouldn't be working and by the looks of it should be retired. This isn't the first instance where a 'rude complaint' has been made. There is no smoke without fire! 0/5 stars!

Great glass shop. It is the last place in the U.K. that will resilver glass. The staff have extensive knowledge and provided helpful advice. We had four antique mirrors resilvered with them, and they were even able to supply antique glass to replace a previously broken pane. which they bevel cut to match. All in all wonderful service.
