Very responsive to emergency burst pipe call out. Phoned within 30 minutes of making initial call to arrange repairs. Kept me up to date and informed throughout. Used various forms of digital media to keep in touch and cross reference photos of damage etc. Not only took into consideration the initial repair but also assessment of the damage caused so that action could be taken toward any further structural repairs or health risks. Very professional. The chap carrying out the repair was professional, informative and timely. Thank you.

To all fellow traders, I would not recommend working for this Company. If you don’t have a good legal team to chase them for payment, if you want a hassle-free, less stressful job, don’t accept any contract work. Olivia is very good at giving job sheets but has nothing to do with paying money. Daniel and Maisie from the accounting department are very good liars. Elizabeth is rude and always intentionally forgets to pay.
